This is TiAL's updated Sport Q design - a direct upgrade over their original BOV - and it mounts to any standard TiAL V-band weld flange with no cutting or pipe modification required.

The 50.5mm valve is the core of what makes the Sport Q stand out. It flows roughly 60% more air than the previous TiAL BOV design, which translates to faster pressure release between shifts, smoother boost buildup, and less compressor surge stress on your turbo. A single Sport Q BOV supports builds up to 1,800 horsepower, making it just as relevant for a 300-whp street build as it is for a full-send race car.

Construction is CNC machined 6061 aluminum throughout - body, internals, and the banjo-style air fitting. The valve stem is hard anodized and Teflon lubricated for consistent, snag-free operation. TiAL uses a clamped Viton O-ring for the primary valve seal, which resists heat and chemical exposure far better than standard rubber seals. The actuator diaphragm is high-temp silicone reinforced with Nomex fabric, so it holds up in tight, hot engine bays without cracking or degrading over time.

V-band mounting with stainless steel hardware keeps the install clean and the connection tight. The included 10mm hose barb banjo fitting gives the valve a direct, short signal path from your boost reference port, which improves response time off throttle.
